Since his international recognition in 2005 through American Artist magazine, Evansen has become a beacon in the art community. His role as President of both the Minnesota Watercolor Society and the Plein Air Painters of America (PAPA) illustrates his influence and expertise. Unique in his achievements, Evansen is the only watercolorist to grace the Wild Side Exhibition, a testament to his mastery in capturing the essence of landscapes.
