1. Unique Flavors

With over 40 years of experience (and a little bit of mad science), Melvin Brewing creates a wide range of exceptional beers. Sip on the Hubert MPA, a low-alcohol brew that’s light, fresh, and a little bit bitter. Or try the medicinal India Session Ale called Clinic ISA. For those who prefer a more mild brew, we suggest the Melvin IPA or Killer Bees. Both are fruity, smooth, and intense, but not bitter like the rest of them.

Can’t make it to the brewery? No need to worry! Melvin's beer is currently available in Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and of course Wyoming. Check their website for a full list of locations.

2. Great Food

Thai Me Up was founded in 2000 by a ski bum who plays kung fu on TV and hip hop over the hi-fi. Diners can enjoy modern American-influenced Thai cuisine as well as classic Thai dishes. From pho and fried rice to noodle dishes and curries, Thai Me Up has something for everyone.

3. Ideal Location

In addition to the brewery in Jackson Hole, Melvin Brewing has a beautiful taproom in Alpine, Wyoming. Here, visitors can drink a few fresh beers and see the brewing magic happen right in front of their eyes. The taproom offers eight taps, tours by request, and plenty of Melvin merch available for purchase. They even have the occasional live band. Feel free to whitewater raft or boat right up to the brewery - it’s located on a peninsula that divides the Snake River and Palisade Reservoir!

4. 2X4 Day

The 2X4 Double IPA at Melvin Brewing is an award-winning beer that features a floral aroma, citrus notes, and a crisp, clean taste of hops. 2x4 Day is held each year in February, and Melvin Brewing hand picks the best bars around the globe to help celebrate. (That’s right - 30 bars in three different countries participate!) Visitors who show up to an official 2x4 Day bar can expect some loud hip-hop, delicious IPAs, and tons of free swag.
