The menu at Snake River Grill showcases fresh, uniquely crafted New American cuisine. Each season, Executive Chef Jeff Drew creates new dishes that reflect what’s available in the market. He’s even been nominated three times by the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef Northwest.

We recommend starting your meal with an appetizer. Try the signature SRG steak tartare pizza with Black Angus New York strip steak, garlic aioli, capers, parsley, and red onion. Or dig into an order of onion rings. They’re unlike any onion rings you’ve ever tasted and are served in the most memorable way. When it’s time to order your entree, opt for the wild game Korean hot bowl with venison and veggies in a spicy black bean sauce. We also love the brioche-crusted Idaho trout. Ooey, gooey, and absolutely delicious, the Eskimo Bars at Snake River Grill are reason enough to visit Jackson Hole. Eskimo Bars are frozen chocolate treats that you may remember getting from the ice cream truck as a kid.
