Rates include a hearty breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and any specials that might be active at the time. A two night minimum stay is required during peak seasons, with exceptions made on an individual basis. VISA, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
Check in: 4:00pm Check out: 11:00am. Children are welcome. We may be flexible with these times, however, it is on a case-by-case situation, please ask. No check ins prior to 3pm will be accepted.
A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of making the reservation. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival, wedding parties and whole inn rentals will be charged the remainder 90 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full at the time of making the reservation and are non-refundable.
The following cancellation policy pertains only to reservations made directly with the Bentwood Inn. Reservations made through agencies or other sources are bound by the cancellation policies of those organizations.
Due to our small size, we have a very strict cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended – your current insurance company may offer this.
For cancellations 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded* minus a $75 cancellation fee for each room reserved. For cancellations and changes 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, the charge for the entire confirmed reservation is forfeited. Should we be able to rebook your rooms, we will refund 50% of the resale amount. Guests are financially responsible for the entire confirmed stay and will be charged for the nights reserved if not used.
*Major Holidays – Christmas Week, Thanksgiving Weekend, Presidents’ Week, Valentine’s Weekend, Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend are NON-REFUNDABLE rates.
Each additional adult in a room is $60; kids 4 to 13 are $30; 3 and under free. Please ring your Innkeeper to discuss which rooms can accommodate extra folks.
Bentwood Inn welcomes ADA certified service animals.
Due to our small size, for whole property reservations, we require a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total reservation costs. A 50% deposit is due upon booking and remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival, the charge for the entire confirmed reservation remains. Due to COVID-19 we may transfer your deposit to use for a future stay – evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
*Peak Season in Jackson Hole is from Mid-May to Mid-October; Off-peak season begins late October through April, with the exception of Holidays.
