Bistro Dining at The Bentwood Inn
We are pleased to offer a delicious alternative to the wonderful restaurants in Jackson Hole. At least twice weekly, the innkeepers offer a four-course seasonal dinner prepared exclusively for our guests as a lodging enhancement.

What is a Bistro Dinner?
A locally and regionally focused, multi-course dinner, held exclusively for the guests of The Bentwood Inn.
How can we book a dinner at the inn?
We do our best to offer these exclusive dinners 2-3 times per week. The innkeepers will send you an invitation to dinner, you can choose to opt-in to this booking enhancement or not. You can also book a package that includes dinner with your stay.
First Course
Smoked carrot bisque, crème fraiche, herb oil, bacon fat crouton
Second Course
Vertical Harvest greens, maple cherry vinaigrette, orange supreme, pistachio
Third Course
Dry aged New York strip, black garlic pommes puree, huckleberry jus, crispy oyster mushroom, broccoli raab
Fourth Course
Maple bourbon custard, lemon cookie crumble, smoked whip cream, butterscotch, strawberry rhubarb jam
menu subject to change or be modified. We work with you to accommodate dietary restrictions. Requests must be submitted no less than one week prior to reservation. Guests are welcome to provide their own beverages. We do not charge a corkage fee.
