Peter and Jennifer Tignor

Peter brings 14 years experience as a professional chef and Jenny comes from a career in corporate consulting. They were managing an upscale lodge in Kennebunkport, ME prior to joining the Bentwood.
 
In addition to having worked at the Four Seasons and Peninsula Hotel in Chicago, Peter has been the Managing Chef / Trainer at a premiere cooking school and will be offering specialized cooking classes at the Bentwood. “I cook with organic and locally raised ingredients whenever possible,” Peter said. “We’re already building relationships with local farmers to ensure the freshest, healthiest breakfast and dinner offerings to our guests.”
 
“Having worked in the corporate world, I know the value of association with a high quality brand,” Jenny said. “We are thrilled to be managing the only Select Registry property in Wyoming."
